• Managed mandatory and organizational development training  in all aspects of planning, scheduling, curriculum and adjunct faculty development for managers, newly-promoted supervisors and new hires for 1,200 employees in Southern Arizona.
• Facilitated conference planning teams for International Women’s Day, 1996-2001
• Named Arizona DES Employee of the Year for 2000.

• Conducted two-week workshop for welfare mothers and for discouraged job-seekers.
